Part of Sixty Brick's wider residential- led masterplan, The Jazz Yard is a mixed-use development in Walthamstow containing 83 new homes (50% of which are affordable) as well as a new NHS Health Centre and NHS Wellness and Advice Centre. The Jazz Yard is part of a vibrant new neighbourhood, providing a communal garden and play space to its residents with a rich detailed pink exterior and green accents.
