This project comprised the refurbishment and remodelling of a Grade II Listed house in a Conservation Area on London’s South Bank to meet the needs of the existing residents. Our proposals involved a complete re-organisation of the ground floor to make better use of existing space and to provide the client with a study at the rear of the building. The loft space has been converted into a light and spacious living area with south facing views and the stair has been opened up to allow light to flood down through the house.
