We’re delighted to have two projects shortlisted in the AJ Awards.

The Jazz Yard in Waltham Forest (shortlisted in the Housing category) is part of Sixty Bricks’ wider residential-led masterplan offering 83 homes (50% affordable) as well as a new Health, Wellness and Advice Centre.

The Tree House at Elephant Park (shortlisted in the Civic Building category) is the focal point of the new park. Built around a mature plane tree using sustainable CLT and timber cladding the pavilion provides internal and external spaces that support the life and vitality of the park.
