Our Cosway Street development in Marylebone has won Residential Project of the Year at the London Construction Awards and Best Large Development at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards.

The awards reflect the hard work put in by the whole project team and Westminster Council’s dedication to delivering high-quality homes. Together, we’ve delivered a landmark project that forms a key part of Westminster’s Church Street regeneration, bringing much-needed affordable homes and community infrastructure to the area.
