Burgess Park Sports Centre shortlisted for NLA Award

We are delighted to see two of our projects shortlisted for the Pineapples Awards 2026, both with a strong focus on health and wellbeing.

Burgess Park Sports Centre, with Southwark Council, is shortlisted for a Community Space award. Designed as an inclusive civic pavilion, it combines accessible sports facilities with flexible community space, supporting active lifestyles and strengthening the social heart of one of South London’s largest parks.

The Smithfield Masterplan in Birmingham with Lendlease is shortlisted for Future Place: Under 20ha. Our Build to Rent project forms part of the wider 17-hectare regeneration, delivering high-quality homes above a mixed-use destination, with generous communal spaces that promote everyday interaction, health and wellbeing.
