The Jazz Yard Completes
We’re excited to announce the Jazz Yard has completed! Part of Sixty Bricks’ wider residential-led masterplan, The Jazz Yard is a mixed-use development in Walthamstow containing 83 new homes (50% of which are affordable) as well as a new NHS Health centre and NHS Wellness and Advice Centre. The Jazz Yard is part of a vibrant new neighbourhood, providing a communal garden and play space to its residents with a rich detailed pink exterior with green accents.
