Tim Announced as a Founding Faculty Member at BSR
Following a gap of 25 years, the British School at Rome (BSR) will re-establish the faculty of Architecture. Director Tim Bell has been announced as one of the founding faculty members, alongside five others, including Bob Allies, founder of Allies and Morrison, who will chair the department.
Having been an awardee of the BSR Architecture Prize in 1998-99, and a member of the Faculty of Fine Arts for several years, Tim is delighted to continue his involvement in this new role. Tim noted “the BSR is a fantastic research institution for academics, artists and architects, and this rich mix of interesting people makes it such a fascinating and valuable place. I am looking forward to working with colleagues to really strengthen the role of architecture at the BSR and develop its reach to a wider audience.”
