Bevan Place in for Planning
Bevan Place is an exemplar development for Sevenoaks Council, comprising 93 new homes and a retail unit on a strategic brownfield site in Swanley. The new proposal has been shaped around efficient energy performance, resulting in a 74% site-wide carbon reduction over Part L. Serving as a strong identity at this key gateway location to the town, a new publicly accessible communal garden will be located in the centre of the site designed to be a green oasis with a large lawn area, flowering trees and opportunities for play.
Bevan Place has been submitted to planning following on from our first project for Sevenoaks, a mixed-use development on Swanley High Street which is currently under construction.
