Projects shortlisted for Housing Design Awards
We’re delighted that our Sutton Housing and Abbey Wood projects have been shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards.
Sutton Housing comprises 93 social rented flats and houses across three sites for Sutton Council. Each development has been specifically tailored to the distinctive characteristics of each particular site resulting in three very different typologies.
Abbey Wood provides 66 mixed-tenure flats and commercial space on a brownfield site in Bexley. The development steps in height to mediate between the scale of Abbey Wood village and an appropriate termination to the southern end of Harrow Manor Way. The stepped massing incorporates roof terraces with views towards Thamesmead and the River Thames with brickwork elevations that take inspiration from Lesnes Abbey.
