Marklake Court wins at RICS London Awards
We are thrilled that Marklake Court has won the Residential category at the RICS London Awards. This is a great reward for the local community who, with the support of Southwark, have worked tirelessly to deliver genuinely affordable homes for local people in the face of rapidly rising and increasingly unaffordable house prices. The judges’ citation states;
“RICS judges praised the exemplary model of collaboration between an existing community local authority, developer and architect in providing affordable housing for specific local needs. The buildings are thoughtfully conceived, well designed and furthermore, a ground-breaking catalyst for the funding of future similar projects.”
