Three projects selected as Civic Trust Awards Regional Finalists
We’re delighted that three of our projects have been selected as Regional Finalists in the Civic Trust Awards 2019; St. Chad’s provides 128 houses for private and affordable rent for Thurrock Council; Gasholder Park comprises the refurbishment and remodelling of a Grade II listed Victorian gasholder into a new public park; and Marklake Court is a community-led housing project that has delivered 27 genuinely affordable flats for local residents.
In addition Gasholder Park and St. Chad’s have been selected as Regional Finalists in the Selwyn Goldsmith Award for Universal Design.
