RIBA references St. Chads in report on placemaking

A new report by the RIBA in response to the Letwin Review has used St. Chad’s as one of ten case studies to demonstrate the ten characteristics of ‘Places where People want to Live’. The report highlights the environmental, health and wellbeing benefits of the linear park that extends through the St. Chad’s development providing important amenity, play, ecology and environmental drainage as well as linking the town to the surrounding countryside.
