“I never dreamed it could be so good”
It was an honour to join so many proud and happy residents, members of the local community, collaborators and supporters for the opening ceremony of Marklake Court. The 27 new flats for social rent close to London Bridge have been conceived and led by the local community with support from Southwark Council and the GLA. The project is an incredible achievement that embodies the resolve, spirit and energy of the local community.
“I never dreamed it could be so good” was the memorable quote from one of the new residents.
