Two Thurrock projects shortlisted in RIBA East Awards
Two of our housing projects for Thurrock Council have been shortlisted in the RIBA East Awards; St. Chad’s in Tilbury and Bracelet Close in Corringham. St. Chad’s is the first project for Thurrock’s wholly-owned company, Gloriana. The project, which comprises 128 family homes for private rent and affordable rent, is designed around angled swales which provide communal amenity space, sustainable drainage and views towards the cranes of Tilbury docks.
