St. Chads nears completion
The first project for Thurrock’s development company, Gloriana, is nearing completion. St. Chad’s in Tilbury comprises 128 mixed-tenure family homes arranged in a network of streets, avenues and mews that are connected to the surrounding countryside via landscaped swales that offer views to the distant cranes of Tilbury Port.
