Community-led housing starts on site
Construction work has started on new community-led affordable housing for Leathermarket Community Benefit Society on the Kipling Estate in Southwark. The housing, which has been designed in collaboration with local residents, will provide 27 affordable flats that will be occupied, owned and managed by the local community. The housing is due to be completed in 2018.
