Planning consent granted for Ludlow Lodge
Planning consent has been granted for 57 new council homes for shared ownership and affordable rent in Sutton. The design comprises five buildings arranged around a central communal garden that make reference to the design of the adjacent Holy Trinity Church. The scheme is one of three that we are currently working on in Sutton that are at the forefront of a new wave of council housing in the borough.
