The Echoes completed
The Echoes in Grays, Essex has recently been completed. The project provides 53 new homes and a community centre on a brownfield site and is one of a number of council housing projects currently being delivered by Bell Phillips Architects in Thurrock. Striking triangular balconies providing panoramic views across the Thames Estuary and an undulating roof, designed to minimise the impact of the development on neighbouring buildings give the development a distinct motif.
