Newham Housing pilot site. Florence Road is now complete
In December 2015 tenants on London Borough of Newham’s waiting list were able to move into their new homes.
The terrace consist of six 3 storey dwellings, with a roof terrace, garden and a stunning light well which brings light into the deep ground floor plan. In addition there is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom wheelchair accessible house at the end of the terrace.
The site is one of 5 developments with LBN which are set to complete later in the year.
