Our affordable housing project for Leathermarket Community Benefit Society on the Kipling Estate Garages has been highly praised by The Guardian newspaper. Dave Hill writes that the development “could be a beacon for the delivery of low cost housing across the capital” and “shows London the way”. The project has been submitted for planning with consent anticipated in October.
