The Echoes starts on site
Willmott Dixon Housing have recently started construction on The Echoes, the first of several new housing developments Bell Phillips is undertaking for Thurrock Council in Essex. Thurrock Council appointed Bell Phillips to design an exemplar scheme which will set a benchmark for new housing development in the borough. It will provide a new community centre and 53 apartments for shared ownership and social rent.
