This detailed masterplan for a site in Southern Russia will provide a combination of distribution warehousing, light industrial and retail units totaling approximately 300,000sqm of built footprint. This has been developed with transport, retail logistics and engineering consultants to provide a feasible and fully deliverable scheme. The design maximises development of the site and economises on the amount of infrastructure necessary to service the development. The development will be sustainable and will include warehouses with rooflights to minimise reliance on artificial lighting, building envelopes will be designed to high thermal standards and the development will incorporate rainwater recycling and sustainable urban drainage.
